Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Indigo Water Group Seminars
We understand that sometimes the best laid plans just don’t go as expected. As such, we have the following refund & cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made at least 10 business days prior to the start of a seminar will be refunded the full amount minus any credit card processing fees, generally 3.5% of the total cost.
- Cancellations made between 9 and 2 business days prior to the start of a seminar will be refunded the cost of the seminar minus $50 per day to cover credit card processing fees, printing of handouts, and lunches.
- Cancellations made with 48 hours (or two business days, whichever is longer) prior to the start of the seminar and no-shows require full payment.
- Exceptions may be given for emergencies, depending on the specifics of the situation (see below).
You should also know that you can always send someone in your place. We appreciate knowing that a substitution has been made so we can create a training unit certificate for the new attendee, but last minute substitutions are never a problem.
If you can’t cancel ahead of time or send someone in your place, give us a call. We’ll evaluate emergencies on a case by case basis. If we can’t give a refund, we can surely give a discount on our next training seminar.
