Mandatory Regulatory Training Courses for Colorado

Water, wastewater, industrial wastewater, collection systems, and distribution systems operators in Colorado are required to complete the mandatory regulatory training (MRT) course that matches their certification type at least once per certification renewal cycle.  Operators requesting reciprocity for a certification in another state are also required to complete the MRT course that matches their certification type.  Indigo Water Group administers these courses for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Water Quality Control Division (WQC).  The MRT courses are free to all operators and aspiring operators courtesy of a grant from CDPHE WQCD.  Indigo Water Group provides many additional training courses through iSpring Marketplace.
